Our Process
At IPS, we work closely with our clients to ensure that we provide the support that best meets their needs and goals. We start by discussing your ambitions, desires and support requirements. This conversation will help us understand your unique situation and enable us to develop a support plan that is tailored to your specific situation.

Once we have an understanding of your needs and goals, we will create a service agreement. This agreement outlines the services that we will provide and the expected outcomes. This agreement is designed to keep both parties accountable in helping you make the most out of your services.

We can immediately commence working with you to provide the services outlined in the service agreement. We have a dedicated team of support workers who are ready to help you access the support you need.
Regular Communication & SA Reviews
It’s only natural that your needs will change overtime, particularly to reflect progress being made over time. That is why we will regularly review our service agreement with you to ensure that we are still effectively meeting your needs and helping you work towards your current goals. We also encourage regular communication and feedback to make sure that we’re providing the support that you need.
