Our clinician will work closely with family and child safety to design a plan that will address the needs and goals of the individual in care. Our team will work closely to implement this plan.

We provide residential services to children in Australia. With our trauma-informed approach and close collaboration with stakeholders, we believe we will be able to provide a positive outcome for our young people.

We will incorporate a trauma-informed approach to help our young people who may have experianced significant emotional or physical trauma.

On-site counselling, mental health support will be offered to address emotional or behavioural issues. Individuals will also have access to group or family therapy as part of their overall care plan.

We will encourage family involvement and reunification where safe and possible, helping to maintain or rebuild family relationships. Family therapy, visitation and reintegration programs are available to facilitate the return of young people to their families when suitable.

Communication, conflict resolution and decision making will be a main ficus in our tailored care plans, helping our youth to become more independent. Educational support, vocational training and personal development opportunities are provided to help young people succeed in school and workforce.
